On September 1, 2023, we will open our first overseas office in Bellevue, the U.S.
From this base, we aim to develop markets in the U.S. and other global markets, catch up with cutting-edge technologies, and raise the level of IT technology capabilities in Japan, including our company.
■Objectives for Overseas Expansion
(1) Overseas market development
Based in the U.S., we aim to develop the global market, and plan to conduct IT consulting business and sell “pritell”, a chat collaboration tool currently under development.
(2) Improvement of technical capabilities
By opening a base in the U.S., where cutting-edge technologies such as AI, blockchain, and various programming languages are actively being researched and developed, we will catch up with technological trends in a more timely manner and provide feedback to IT industry in Japan. By doing so, we could improve the technological capabilities of System I and the Japanese IT industry as a whole.
(3) Expectations to attract engineers in Japan
In the midst of a serious shortage of IT engineers, System I has been utilizing all kinds of human resources, including overseas and senior personnel, and remote employees, but there is still a shortage of human resources to meet the needs of the IT industry. We plan to actively recruit in the U.S., and at the same time, by preparing an environment where Japanese employees can receive training, it will rapidly acquire more talented IT engineers while also developing our human resources.
