The number of certifications received has increased by approximately 5 times compared to last year.

In the current Japanese trend of the need for reskilling, many in the IT sector have expressed a desire to reskill cloud services, which are expected to reduce costs and grow in demand, and mobile technology, which will expand the scope of their businesses.
Under these circumstances, System I has prepared a variety of support programs to improve the skills of its employees. In this way, the number of employees acquiring qualifications was approximately five times higher at the end of the first seven months (January-July) in 2023 than in the full year of 2022.

We cover all examination and renewal fees for certification, and also provide rewards according to the difficulty level of the certification in the case of acquiring qualification.
