System i Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that we will once again implement our unique new graduate recruitment initiative, “BANDMEN recruitment,” this year.
“BANDMEN recruitment” is a selection process that evaluates candidates based on their dedication to music, as well as the experiences and lessons gained through band performances and various other musical activities. This program requires no specific academic background or prior programming experience, waives the document screening process, and allows candidates to secure a job offer after just two rounds of interviews.
Launched in 2023, this initiative has attracted significant attention, drawing more than 140 applications in total to date. By continuing the program this year, System i aims to recruit an even more diverse range of talent.
