We will start “Reskilling Challenge Recruitment”.

In response to the recent shortage of IT personnel, we will launch “Reskilling Challenge Recruitment,” a mid-career recruitment policy for inexperienced IT engineers.
The “Reskilling Challenge Recruitment” is a mid-career hiring method for people who have no previous experience working as IT engineers. This is our first mid-career hiring policy for inexperienced IT engineers since our founding in 1996, with the exception of new graduates.
One of the features of the “Reskilling Challenge Recruitment” is the extensive six-month training program. Until now, we have given up hiring inexperienced workers due to the difficulty of securing regular in-house instructors, but by collaborating with an external training organization, we have secured a system that enables us to train inexperienced workers no matter when they join the company. We are now able to start training inexperienced employees by collaborating with an external training organization to ensure that they can be trained at any time when they join the company.
