The number of applications for the “Band-man Recruitment” program, a new graduate and potential employee recruitment program that began on March 1, 2023, has exceeded 100.
By recruiting band members, we have been able to meet people who are creative and communicative, as well as gain recognition from a larger number of students and candidates than in previous years.
We will continue to consider various recruitment methods to achieve further “diversity”.
