System I, Inc. will be hiring the people who have experienced band members starting March 1, 2023. Band-man Hiring is one of our hiring method that selects personnel based on their experience and learning gained through various musical activities, including band activities, and their approach to music. No academic background is required. Screening of documents is waived. Also, job offers can be obtained in two interviews.
There are two reasons why we started the hiring policy. One of both is that our representative has experience playing in a band. Secondly, many outstanding entrepreneurs and business leaders have been musicians or in bands. This will be a new graduate recruitment policy initiated based on the hypothesis that there may be similarities between band activities and the abilities required for business.
