System i Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that we will once again implement our “BANDMEN recruitment” program as our unique recruitment initiative this year.
“BANDMEN recruitment” is a selection process that evaluates candidates based on their dedication to music, as well as the experiences and lessons gained through band performances and various other musical activities. This program requires no specific academic background or prior programming experience, waives the document screening process, and allows candidates to secure a job offer after just two rounds of interviews. Last year, the initiative received over 100 applications, proving to be even more successful than anticipated. By continuing the program this year, System i aims to recruit an even more diverse range of talent.
