The best technology in the best place

The "I" (which is called "ai" and means "love" in Japanese) in our company name reflects our desire to be a company that is loved by many through our system solutions.

Flexibility
We believe it is important to respond flexibly to changes in society and the economy, and to “change” ourselves. We believe that anticipating the trends of the times and flexibly transforming ourselves with organizational and technological capabilities is the way to continue to meet the needs of our customers.
Customer-Orientation
Our goal is to make the best proposals from the customer’s point of view and to continue to practice solution business that will satisfy our customers. We support corporate management that leads the times one or two steps ahead of the times, rather than riding the currents of the times.
Technical Capability
In a rapidly changing business environment where business is diversifying, we strive to create systems that “respond to change” and continue to be a system integrator that possesses the highest level of technical capabilities to provide such systems.

An organization’s assets are its people, and a company cannot grow without the growth of its people.

We at System I believe that a company is a social infrastructure for people and that the pursuit of happiness and the development of human resources are of utmost importance, so we focus on training engineers with both advanced technical skills and abundant human resources. I myself started my career as an inexperienced engineer.

We are committed to creating a feedback loop in which the growth of our engineers is properly evaluated and motivated according to their activities, so that they themselves can realize growth and provide better solutions.

We are constantly accumulating new knowledge and striving to contribute to people’s lives and our customers’ growth and development through system solutions.

There is no limit to System I.

We will continue our efforts to date to achieve further growth.

Keisuke Kuzukawa, CEO
