We will start an senior internship program for IT personnel in their 50s and 60s.
We have been actively recruiting seniors since 2020. Also, over the past four years, 33 people (including 7 people over 60 years old) have joined our company, making the most of their wealth of experience.
To accelerate this trend, we are launching a senior internship program that focuses on “outstanding points and strengths that cannot be read from a resume. Through this work experience, we are able to promote the attractiveness of our company and notice participants’ personalities and abilities that are not apparent in documents. Experiencing other workplaces gives participants a chance to look back on careers and learn about their market value, as well as help reduce the culture gap when changing jobs.
【application requirements】
・Age 50 to 68 years old
Experience as an engineer or management in the IT industry.
The content and structure of the work experience
Schedule: 8 hours on any weekday
Place: Yokohama Head Office
Compensation: 2,000 yen per hour (including transportation)
Courses: (1) Developer Course / (2) PM Training Course / (3) Quality Control Course
