We are pleased to announce the opening of our Osaka office on April 4, 2025.
Following the opening of our Fukuoka office in March, this new location features a design centered around the color pink, aimed at fostering interaction and creativity.
With employees working from Hokkaido to Kagoshima, we have seen a significant increase in the number of staff residing in the Kansai region. By establishing this Osaka base to improve the working environment, we aim to facilitate internal communication and enhance employee satisfaction. At the same time, we remain committed to providing and supporting even higher-quality services for our clients.
■ Key Features of the Osaka Office
1. Warm Design Based on the Color Pink
Our Osaka office uses pink for wallpaper and sofas. Psychologically, pink promotes a sense of security and friendliness. Our goal is to energize communication among employees and create an environment where creative ideas flow in a soft, welcoming atmosphere. We have designed this bright, warm space to allow our team to work while feeling more relaxed.
2. A Refresh Area as Spacious as the Main Workspace
The office features a refresh area equivalent in size to the main workspace. By utilizing this expansive area, we aim to deepen interaction among employees and provide an environment where they can recharge, fostering a better way of working.
3. Bar Counter to Enhance Internal Events
The refresh area includes a bar counter, creating a space where employees can gather casually. Moving forward, we will actively host internal social events with food and drinks to promote communication outside of work tasks and strengthen team unity.

By actively recruiting remote workers and seniors, we aim to build a development structure of 100 personnel at the Osaka base by fiscal year 2028.
