In this case study, where our company provided IT due diligence support during a corporate acquisition, we conducted a wide range of investigations, including the assessment of technical debt and core technologies, the examination of environmental factors, and the organization, analysis, and visualization of organizational structures and various contractual arrangements, as well as the visualization of security threats. Leveraging the expertise we have cultivated through years of IT consulting, we completed a due diligence report for a mid-sized company in approximately three weeks.

Dedicated Application Submission PWA

As a development partner, we managed every stage of this dedicated application submission PWA—from technology selection and design through to development. We implemented UX improvements directly aimed at reducing abandonment rates, such as automatic data saving and restoration features, as well as integration with the Google Vision API via camera access. By utilizing a serverless architecture built with React and AWS Lambda, we contributed to high scalability and improved conversion rates.

Support for Corporate Internet Banking System Reconstruction

As an independent systems integrator, we were responsible for technology selection and application development in a project to revamp an internet banking system for corporate clients of a financial institution. By adopting an enterprise-grade architecture based on JBoss EAP, Oracle RAC, and Java with the Spring Framework, while rigorously implementing measures to prevent the proliferation of open-source libraries, we successfully completed this long-term project—spanning over two years from requirements definition to release—without major issues.
