On November 14, we hosted a company tour as part of Senshu University’s international student program.
Thirteen students came to the school for a discussion on communication and cross-cultural exchange as a workplace with a multinational workforce.
Various questions were raised by the international students, such as “Do you have a Japanese Language Proficiency Test?” and “Have you ever felt alienated in the workplace?” and a lively exchange of opinions ensued.
