The number of foreign IT engineers has reached 50!

We are pleased to announce that the number of overseas personnel working for System I exceeded 50 in August.
As of today (September 5), the number of employees has reached 54, or 18% of our total workforce, which is approximately one out of every five of our engineers.

■Background of the need for overseas human resources
The IT industry in Japan has recently experienced a shortage of professional human resources due to rapid growth, and the ratio of job offers for IT engineers is said to be 10 to 15 times, making it essential to strengthen the recruitment of overseas personnel in order to secure human resources with the ability to work immediately.

Effects of hiring overseas personnel
