Do everything in-house, from consulting to planning, design, and development

At System I, we do not consciously accept orders for only a division of labor, such as “development only” or “maintenance only”. In order to meet and exceed our customers’ needs, we handle the entire process from consulting and system planning to design, development, and maintenance. We are committed to providing our customers with responsible “monozukuri” (manufacturing) solutions.

Want to develop full stack engineers

By providing young engineers with an environment that not only allows them to experience a variety of processes but also to come into contact with a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, we want to foster engineers who can do a wide range of things, not engineers who can only do this but rather a multi-utility engineer who can do a wide range of things. We call such engineers “full stack engineers”. We believe that having the technology and knowledge to understand the entire system will lead to proposing the best system to our clients.

Develop your skills as a business person and engineer 20 years from now

I became an engineer about 20 years ago. Twenty years have passed in the blink of an eye, and the world of technology has grown at an astounding rate over the past 20 years. For example, 20 years ago, it was said that AI could not beat humans in Shogi and Go, but AI has grown so much that this common sense has been overturned. It is important to keep our feet on the ground, but it is also necessary for Japan, where the birthrate is declining and the population is aging at the fastest pace in the world, to anticipate 20 years from now, keep learning about the technologies that will be needed, and make our technological capabilities useful in the world. I believe that this is what Japan needs to do. In order for a company to survive for tens or hundreds of years, it is necessary to be “future-oriented” at all times. And it is your power to create such a company. If you want to continue to be a human resource needed by the world, please come knocking on our door.
