Details of the work he is responsible for

I took maternity and paternity leave from July 2020 to April 2022. Before my maternity leave, I was working on additional development of financial loan systems, and among them, I was mainly in charge of electronic approval systems. The processes I was in charge of ranged from design to testing, and I often gave instructions and reviews as the team leader of the project. After returning to work, I have been doing additional development at the same site, and I am currently in charge of an account system project.

Biography and personal strengths

I joined the company in 2013 as a new graduate hire. I am currently in my 10th year. In my first year, I was assigned to the financial loan system project where I am currently working. Between the end of my first and second year, I experienced various sites in a short period of time, including a regional bank, an inbound service, and a music distribution site. In my third year, I returned to the current project to which I was assigned in my first year, and was appointed to the position of sub-leader in my fourth year and leader in my sixth year. Because there were only a few employees when I joined the company, I was able to experience many different things from an early stage. Around the time I became a sub-leader, I was entrusted with leading smaller projects, and gradually I became able to determine how to assign work and the amount of work appropriate for that person. I think this is one of my strengths.

About the interesting and rewarding aspects of working at System I

It was very interesting to learn about different development environments and languages as I experienced various sites in my second year. I am now settled at my current site, where I have the opportunity to meet directly with customers and work on the project from design to testing over a long period of time, which gives me a great sense of accomplishment when the product is released without any problems. In addition, the sites I have experienced so far are full of good people, and I think this motivates me to want to respond to those people through my work.
